We are expanding and looking for two (2) Sales Development Representative (SDR) positions. The first opening is an entry level Sales position focused on 75 phones & under and a Senior level with a focus on 75 to 250+ Phones.

Are you good at:

• Strong and clear written and verbal communication
• Managing your work and collaboration in a highly organized and proactive fashion
• Communicating brand/products effectively and clearly to prospects
• Working hard and maintaining a positive attitude
• Managing rejections well from customers and continuing to be target driven.

What you’ll do:

• Outbound phone calls to prospects and schedule product demos with Account Executives
• Qualifying prospects and identifying qualified sales leads for the sales team.
• Meet monthly targets and quota.
• Keeping consistent and organized documentation on our customer relationship
• Being a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to prospects that need telecommunication product on site, cloud, hybrid and premise.

What you’ll need.

Entry level Sales position:

• No prior sales experience is required. We offer extensive new hire training, daily coaching, and support.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Extremely comfortable engaging with prospects
• Comfortable cold calling

Senior level Sales position:

• 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales development, our consulting background preferred.
• History of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Extremely comfortable engaging with prospects
• Comfortable cold calling
