Project Manager/Sales Representative

NELA ofing is hiring top sales producers for Ruston, Farmerville, Downsville and surrounding areas due to growing demand for our services. We are looking to hire and train quickly for this position.

The primary function of the Project Manager/Sales Representative is to provide a steady stream of revenue by generating and working roofing leads. Once a lead is generated you will maintain contact with new and existing customers, provide assistance when there are issues at jobsites, and gather information for estimates.

PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:

• Establish new and existing contacts in need of roofing services.
• Develop strong relationships through trust and confidence within the community.
• Maintain a consistent sales funnel of new and expanded customers with roofing needs.
• Gather job data to provide estimates.
• Reply to needs of installers while installing your jobs.
• Pro-actively respond to customer’s needs all during job process.
• Collect all payments during sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to sell with integrity and close contracts.
• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
• Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others to maintain our helpful culture.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated.

PAY & BENEFITS

• This job is 100% commission; weekly draws are available.
• Paid Training is available the first 8 weeks – office training, assisting and working with our current Project Managers.

EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENTS

• Driver’s License in good standing with good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass randomized drug test.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience of 1+ year(s)
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to make self-appointed goals.
• Accountability for your own goals
• React positively to constructive criticism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
