Schneider is seeking a Sales Marketing Coordinator to provide support to our commercial leadership and sales team. They are responsible for conducting analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting. A critical function of this role will be to work with Marketing to create sales collateral which will then be packaged into a various presentation formats (e.g. newsletters, PowerPoint, etc.). Event planning and execution is also an important part of this role. The Sales Marketing Coordinator needs to work closely with commercial leaders leaders to understand current and future sales organization needs, complete special assignments, handle confidential data, and carry out administration tasks as needed.

About the role:
  • Work with the sales associates to develop sales presentations and other materials that support the Schneider Sales Process and adhere to the guidelines and brand standards set by Marketing.
  • Keep sales collateral current and create new collateral with Marketing for the lines of service on the Enterprise Sales site; also provide recent collateral examples for sales associates to reference.
  • Act as the sellers advocate when reports and/or processes are created or improved that affect the sellers performance or the relationship with the customer (e.g. the development of the Shipper of Choice scorecard).
  • Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values.

Ideal candidate will have:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience. Two to four years of relevant experience needed
  • Marketing degree or experience a plus
  • PC skills required: working knowledge of MS Access, Excel and Power Point
