The Impact You’ll Make

The Sales Manager will be responsible for following up, maintaining, and growing the PipeDreams markets with customers in your territory. Understanding customer needs and overcoming objections are key attributes for success. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as a Sales Manager you will use your ability to leverage the relationships you build to make you the single most important factor in growing our business with using our technology to assist you.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales of PipeDreams shops to close sales and achieving sales targets
  • Cover leads daily by assigning the perfect representative/technician. Maintain adequate staffing with top quality people
  • Recognize and, execute, targeted training to develop world-class sales people/technicians
  • Communicating with effectively providing feedback to our representatives and technicians
  • Coordinate/motivate sales and service coverage within the PipeDreams network.
  • Develop and manage the business-to-business relationships with PipeDreams shops and representatives/technicians
  • Manage and strengthen key organization relationships with your assigned shops representatives and technicians
  • Answering potential questions and sending additional information to shop representatives/technicians
  • Partner with other team members and channel partners to support “in service” product training representative on upselling products and services
  • Provide assistance to customers and sales reps over the phone during the sales presentation
  • This position will work out of an office, can be up to 25% travel

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • 5 years of sales management exp
  • Industry exp a plus, but not required
  • Recruiting/Retention exp
  • Coaching/Training exp
  • Mentor/Leadership exp
  • Attention to detail on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets consistently
