How much can you make?
A base of $62,000 to $68,000 based on previous leadership experience. In addition, our sales showroom managers earn monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses!
What will you do?
As a sales showroom manager you will increase showroom sales, customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction while reducing unnecessary expenses through strategic initiatives and effective daily management. As a sales showroom Manager you will also be responsible for personnel management, performance management and handling all HR related issues as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
What do you need?
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible and accommodating full-time, 42-hour-per-week schedule
- You will use an iPad for all training, transactions, financing applications, inventory checks, etc. Therefore, being technologically savvy is a must!
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience
- Must be a quick learner and adaptable to business needs
- We are a company that practices mutual trust and respect, so strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are part of our culture
- Ability to guide customers throughout the showroom for extended periods of time
- Bachelor's Degree recommended but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required; additional languages such as Creole, Portuguese, etc. are a plus
