Nation's Home Infusion is seeking an Assistant Sales Liaison to support our Sales Liaison (Account Manager) at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Our home office is in Owings Mills, MD but this role will work exclusively at Sinai.
The Assistant Sales Liaison (or "Extender") works in conjunction with an assigned hospital’s Sales Liaison/Account Manager to plan, coordinate, and facilitate discharge planning for home care services for patients receiving Respiratory, DME, and/or Home Infusion Therapy services.
Duties include:
- Assist with identifying and maintaining relationships with hospital personnel: case managers, social workers.
- Assist with coordination of the patient referral process as defined by the Sales Liaison.
- Sets up and delivers DME to patient rooms as needed.
- Assures communication of patient needs to and between Sales Liaison and Case Manager and/or the patient/caregiver.
This position reports to Sales Liaison (Account Manager).
