Experience: 1- 5 Yrs

Qualification: Graduation, BBA, MBA, PGDBM or equivalent.

Job Location: WFH/ Pune & Delhi location preferred

Salary: As per Industry Standards

JD/ Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development for Online & Offline Events.

• Research, Lead Generation, and Data Validation.

• Selling Partnerships & Sponsorships in events. Digital Ad Sales & Space Selling.

• Smart in drafting a Sponsorship package proposal (or customized proposal) based on a thorough understanding of the requirements/objectives of the potential sponsor client.

• Handling key accounts.

• New client acquisition by researching, cold-calling and emailing.

• Speaker and Delegate acquisition for webinars/ events/ conferences. Good Convincing Skills.

• Responsible for sales, Invoice generation, follow-ups & timely payment recovery.

• Proven history of reaching quarterly/ monthly & annual sales goals.

• Good in business communication, Emails, Proficient in Excel Sheets & preparing PPT.

• Experience in planning & execution of events, exhibitions, or workshops (Physical or Virtual).

• Good in developing PR & liaisoning.

• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization.

• Great interpersonal abilities in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.

• Stay abreast of industry developments through market intelligence, industry research, sectoral developments including growth areas, new entrants & competition tracking.

• Digital & Social media savvy.

Salary: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
