Join us in this exciting role as a Kitchen Sales Designer and help transform customers homes. You’ll be joining a dynamic, supportive and cutting edge team who utilise the latest technologies to deliver excellence.

This role is based in our Leeds Office.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the our store teams and your colleagues in the Virtual Sales Centre to maximise all potential sales opportunities, you’ll deliver a best in class remote customer service that secures sales and by understanding customer needs and expectations you’ll support the sales process of a comprehensive range of kitchen solutions to our customers.

This will involve actively engaging with customers over telephone or video calls to support them through the kitchen design and sales process and using sales and digital tools to create kitchen designs that delight, as well as delivering or exceeding against all targets. You’ll also take responsibility for making sure all leads are followed up and that we deliver an exceptional level of service.

How you qualify for the role

Kitchen design experience isn’t essential as full training is provided; but you should have excellent IT skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving digital environment. It’s important that you have really strong communication skills (both over the phone or via virtual solutions), can demonstrate a proven track record in sales and previously worked in a targeted environment (telesales/call centre background an advantage).

You’ll need to have good influencing and negotiation skills and be customer focused; always putting the customer first and going that extra mile to meet their needs and you’ll also be a great team player who can build trust and strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Typical working hours will be between 9:00am to 9:30pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, we do have different shift patterns available and can discusses these with you during the application process. A flexible approach to hours and weekend working is essential and you should be highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
