Job Title: Part Time Sales Associate (15-30 hours / week)
Overview: The Sales Associate role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on a premier customer experience, as well as meeting sales expectations. Sales Associates are responsible for membership sales, maintaining premier customer experience levels, and contacting prospective members until they join.

Job Duties:
- Maintains accurate records of conversations with members using established OTF systems
- Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members
- Complete all shift duties and cleaning tasks according to the daily checklist
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Works closely with Coaches to provide a premier experience for our members (introducing new members, celebrating milestones, etc.)
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF workshops
- Attend weekly team meeting and one-on-one meeting with studio leader each week
- Attend at least 1 marketing event per month
- Handle and resolve client account concerns/questions in a respectful and timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Uphold the Orangetheory standard for intro closing percentage
- Greet, check in, and assign members starting positions before each class
- Responsible for contributing to your studios monthly self-generated lead goal
- Recommended to take a minimum of two Orangetheory classes per week

Job Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience
- Be able to troubleshoot studio operations (technology, equipment, member accounts, etc.)
- Be a problem solver and advocate for a solution for members and the business
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to balance and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Currently maintaining a healthy fitness and wellness regimen
- High school diploma, GED, and/or college experience required
- Collaborates well with others
- Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekend hours, marketing and weekend events as needed

Compensation: $12-$15/hour + individual monthly commission, OTF Premier Membership
