Job description
You will be trained to all aspects of an auto dealership. You will learn sales and customer service, bank financing, contracting, on site promotion, and more.
Previous experience is not necessary. What is necessary is a willingness to learn and grow.
In my 25 years of experience, I found the best skills for this job is an ability to communicate with people, competitiveness, self awareness, and an ability to problem solve.
This is a commission based job with earning potential higher than what this post suggest. Earnings is up to you and your efforts to succeed.
