Responsibilities:
In this role, a Sales Associate will begin with extensive training in our Sales Development Program. Associates will be working with multiple disciplines with the business including Sales and Account Management, Marketing, Product Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Product Design, Creative Services & Innovation, and Operations so that they develop a broad business understanding that will serve as the foundation for future career success.

After demonstrating proficiency during the development program, associates will transition into a sales role that will help support the needs of the business The sales and business acumen obtained during the program will help the individual meet the needs of our customers and our sales organization. The individual needs to be open to relocation upon completion of the developmental program at Corporate Headquarters, as some roles will be field based and the individual will need to reside within that territory.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related degree is required
  • 0-3 years Sales Experience is preferred
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA is required
  • Must possess excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to travel is required
  • A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required
  • Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program preferred
  • Strong track record of academic and other successes preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community activities preferred
