Do you enjoy developing front line relationships and bringing value to customers by offering solutions? Account Managers play an important role to support OEMs by providing technical assistance and collaborating with their teams to offer products and services to meet their expectations.


The ideal candidate will know the value of face to face customer deliverables and demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity to mitigate any customer issues. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with customers and internal team members.


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer relationships to better understand and achieve their needs

  • Work cross functionally within company with all stakeholders for customers' success

  • Make onsite visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth

  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

  • Mechanical and/or electrical field knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems is preferred
  • 6 years experience and/or bachelor degree or combination of experience and education
  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% (Account Manager sets schedule)
