Vermont Foundation of Recovery (VFOR) is looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our mission to create a network of Recovery Homes to help people suffering from substance use disorder(s), re-assimilate into society by supporting the transitions from active use, to recovery, to independent living. We are a Vermont based 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization operated by people in recovery from alcohol and other Substance Use Disorders. Come join our dynamic team and work directly with people in early recovery. We are looking for full and part time House Managers at several homes throughout the state. Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour. Benefits include dental, vision, health stipend, holidays, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

Being a House Manger includes:

· Providing direct support and accountability to members of the home

· Ability and willingness to work xx hours per week, with a flexible schedule

· Willingness to be on call, in case of an emergency during off hours

· Have a valid license and vehicle

· Attend and facilitate a weekly house meetings, monthly events, and house meals

· Value diversity and non-discrimination

· Maintain an alcohol and substance free environment

· Honor multiple pathways to recovery

· Apply policies in a consistent and uniform manor

· Provide support and guidance to members in their recovery, career, and life goals

· Must have the ability to set personal and professional boundaries

· Have excellent communication skills

· Have proficient computer skills

· Be very detail oriented
