Overview:
The RSG Support Specialist is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of customer and asset database accuracy within Continental’s point of sale (POS) management systems. They will be responsible for large scale data entry projects and utilizing reporting tools to verify data accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execution of data entry projects within POS software dictated by systems team leaders
• Creation and maintenance of customer and asset information
• Use of sales and diagnostic reporting to resolve system and inventory management issues
• Communicating with route managers to resolve operational issues
• Machine setup for new installs and equipment replacements
• Maintain planogram integrity through system tools
• Jira support ticket requests
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• MS Excel experience
• Experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS a plus
• Very high attention to detail
• Experience with report analysis
• Capable of multi-tasking
