'*Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Automation anywhere (AA) Experience as a developer

- Experience in AA and its tools including A11/A360/AARI/Control Room/Queue. and such, as a developer

- Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing

- Experience with Business and Technical requirements

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes

- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning

- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of clients and vendors across multiple disciplines

- Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.

*Preferred Qualifications

- AA Certifications in V11 and A360 – Recent

- Hands-on experience in IQ Bot /Meta Bot / Task Bot

- Technically Proficient in both Windows and Linux server operating systems

- Data visualization skills using PowerBi or other package

- Understanding of XML and XSD structures

- Understanding APIs

- Familiarity with process mapping/mining tools.

- Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience
