About us

Record Keepers has been providing secure records storage and shredding services since 1993. We are a small company but the largest provider of these services in North Dakota. Our Bismarck location provides services to businesses in the western part of North Dakota, including Dickinson, Watford City, Williston, Minot and the local area.

Responsible for providing pick-up / delivery service to customers in a timely and courteous manner, retrieving stored records, operating industrial shredding equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and friendly customer service
• Frequent lifting of containers weighing 30 to 75 pounds and / or pushing and pulling carts of up to 250 pounds
• Operate equipment including non-CDL delivery truck (up to 26 ft box), forklift, and industrial shredding equipment

Qualifications:

• Good driving record (commercial license NOT required)
• Minimum age 21 years
• US Citizen
• Submit to and pass criminal record check and drug testing
• Ability to pass D.O.T. physical
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Well organized, strong attention to detail and security

Additional Details:

• 5-day work week, typically 8:00 – 4:30 Monday through Friday with occasional longer days and / or 4-day work week
• Occasional overnight travel (no more than one night each week, with expenses paid by company)
