Job description
Ortonville Hospital RNs support a variety of patient populations to include OB, medical/surgical, outpatient, critical care, and ER patients. The RN delivers care to a diverse patient population utilizing a patient-centered model of care. RN candidate must be able to think critically, be self-directed, able to collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively to healthcare providers, families, and patients.
This position is scheduled 48-60 hours in a pay period working every other weekend and one additional shift per pay period, outside of the weekend rotation. The weekend consists of three 12 hour shifts for a total of 36 hours but will be paid for 40 hours. This position does include a holiday rotation and offers the ability to pick up additional hours as available. Position is eligible for full benefits package. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed (or eligible for licensure) in MN.
