Job description

Fairhaven Community is seeking a Staff Nurse, RN to join our team! This position is responsible for operating within scope of practice to coordinate care delivery interventions for approximately 25 residents in assigned area in accordance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, community policies and procedures, and local, state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved pre-licensure nursing education program: Required
• One (1) year of experience in nursing and/or long-term care, preferred
• Must be able to operate a computer, the Internet and knowledge of basic office equipment preferred
• Successful completion of a state-approved pre-licensure nursing education program; Active LPN license conferred by the State Board of Nursing; Must obtain and maintain mandatory, state and federal requirements and certifications for practice or occupation; Must be CPR certified
