Full or Part Time hours to fit your availability! Pay range $38 - $40/hour. $71,136 to $108,160 potential annual earnings (36-48 hrs weekly). Plus_ monthly performance bonuses!_
We are immediately hiring empathetic, personable and experienced RN's for several home care cases in Pinellas County. We will match your experience with the patients requirements that can include trachs, feeding tubes, vents, and total care - and your availability with our open 12 hour shifts. No Covid Vaccine Required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physician's plan of care and orders
• Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with plan of care
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and all required documentation
• Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient
• Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
• Current state license as an RN in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least ONE year experience as an RN
• Your experience and skill set will be matched to the patient requirements and can include experience with trachs, vents, feeding tubes, bi-paps, total care
