Per Diem RNs or LPNs for our Assisted Living Facility

The Eisenberg Assisted Living Residence is an 80 unit (19 are special care) assisted living residence located on the campus of the Jewish Healthcare Center in Worcester, MA. The campus provides a full continuum of senior healthcare services to the community including: skilled nursing care, short term rehabilitation, long-term skilled nursing care, Alzheimer's care, home care, private care, hospice and life-care management services.
