Registered Nurse Med surg at Tulsa, Oklahoma at $ 2531.16/Week (Gross)
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Confirmed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 days/week and 12 hrs./day)
Pay Package:
Blended Rate: $70.31 (for Travelers) and $66.67 (For local)
Package for Travelers: (Based on 36 hours per week)
Total Gross Income: $ 2531.16/week
Non-Taxable Amount: $1099/week (Max)
Taxable Amount: $ 1,432.16/week
· Required: Must have a COVID vaccine.
· CPR/BLS : BLS must be from AHA (American Heart Association)
· Licensure: Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the New Jersey OR Compact states
Responsibilities
- They will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- This person will develop a nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- This person will communicate changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participates in discharge planning process.
