RN/ LPN 1:1 School Nurse for 3 yr old in Sicklerville, NJ
Job description
Patient : Stable 3 year old little boy needs a nurse to ride the bus and go to school with him!
Location : Nurse will report to patients home and ride the bus to LARC School in Bellmawr.
Hours: Monday's: 630a-430p (School) Tuesday's: 630a-430p (School) Wednesday's: 630a-430p (School) Thursday's: 630a-430p (School) Friday's: 630a-430p (School)
Care: Trach Care ( No vent) and Gtube feedings.
Nursing are for clinical interventions not behavioral or academic supports.
Bi-lingial nurses a plus ( Mom speaks Spanish but Dad is fluent in English)
