Job description

We are looking for RN to work ICU unit, for a Hospital in Tyler, TX. The position is for Night shift start 04/03. Weeknights mostly, some weekends as needed You have to have at least 2 year of current acute care or LTAC experience required.

Preferably no requests for time off in the first two weeks of the assignment

Travel Pay--live over 50 miles from facility

• Total Pay per week $2125, breakdown of pay below
• $28.5 per hour at 36 hours $1026 that is taxed
• $1099 per week travel stipend housing and meals that is not taxed

Travel Pay--live less than 50 miles from facility

• Total Pay per week $1980, breakdown of pay below
• $55 per hour at 36 hours $1980 that is taxed

Required documents:

• BLS
• ACLS
• COVID, Medical exemptions may be accepted, not religious.
• TB Test--any form Skin, Chest Xray or TSpot

Required Experience

• 2 year of ICU acute care or LTAC experience required
