The staff nurse is responsible for coordinating the total nursing care to an assigned group of patients providing the professional leadership necessary to develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care. In accordance with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and Capital Region Medical Center's policies and standards, the staff nurse assumes the role of leader, educator, preceptor, caregiver, and/or supervisor in the provision of nursing care.Associate's degree and RN license required.
