RFP Database Content Manager
The RFP Database Content Manager is responsible for the RFP content database refresh and ongoing maintenance. This includes gathering new content, editing existing verbiage, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency with other content, informational consistency, firm positioning, and competitive messaging, as well as developing content management strategies with business partners. This role will be involved in enterprise process improvements around the RFP process and content development and maintenance across the marketing and sales organizations.

The RFP Database Content Manager is responsible for the RFP content database refresh and ongoing maintenance. This includes gathering new content, editing existing verbiage, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistency with other content, informational consistency, firm positioning, and competitive messaging, as well as developing content management strategies with business partners. This role will be involved in enterprise process improvements around the RFP process and content development and maintenance across the marketing and sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains and updates RFP content within the database.
Manages subject matter expert (SME) relationships and training across the enterprise.
Supports RFP Writers with new and updated content and corporate statistics.
Partners with Marketing to ensure corporate branding and style is maintained throughout content.
Adheres to prescribed standard operation procedures for audit tracking purposes.
Serves as the proposal software (Loopio) Administrator and internal support for users and SMEs.
Conducts new user training and system reporting.

This role is Virtual/Remote flex. It will allow you to work from home from anywhere within the US.

Base Pay Range: $71,000/yr. - $118,300/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
