Reverse Unit Operators will be in charge of operationg and maintaining reverse units and power swivels on location for customers. Operations will include 12 hour shifts on 24 hour operations for drillouts and workover operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operator will oversee rigging up iron and equipment and rigging down iron and equipment.
• Responsible for safe operation of equipment.
• Responsible for good and proper communication with other services and companies on customer locations. Also, communication with customer representatives.
• Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
• Follows and supports all AWS HSE policies at all times.
• Knows and uses appropriate PPE at all times.
• Drives company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, and off-road situations including two track roads.
• Washes and maintains vehicles and equipment according to company standards

Education/Experience Required:

• 
  High school education or equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience as an Operator preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Effective communication skills
• Able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Works well with others
• Basic problem solving and organizational skills

Physical Conditions:

• Able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Able to lift and/or move up to fifty pounds on routine basis.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
• Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold
• Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring consistent use of appropriate PPE.
