The RevOps Applications Analyst will be a system administrator to support the sales engine tech stack. This highly technical position is in charge of tool implementation, maintenance, system reliability, data connections, and tech stack strategy.

This role will be responsible for everything from long-term initiatives to keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly to day-to-day tactical support for our end users. The role will be responsible for a scalable tech roadmap and ongoing improvements for our customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about SaaS sales acceleration tools, self-motivated, strategic, experienced with data governance, and highly analytical.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our sales, marketing, and customer success systems (including Salesloft/Outreach, Clari/Aviso, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and business operations managers and analysts to ensure seamless integrations with critical systems (Salesforce, Netsuite, and Hubspot).
  • Partner internally to drive long-term change management initiatives and projects as needed
  • Building operational workflow models to bring automation and improvements in the day-to-day use and expected metrics and KPIs
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer journey to identify process and technical debt
  • Assist in the implementation and use of Revenue intelligence tools
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve a wide range of process and operational issues or inefficiencies, delivering timely and decisive solutions
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience building out revenue/CRM systems/platform and supporting tools to unpin the revenue operations of a high-growth, fast paced SaaS company
  • Knowledge of Sales Accelerators such as Outreach or Salesloft
  • Prior administration and support experience with intelligence tools such as Zoominfo and 6Sense
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced Salesforce.com knowledge
  • Previous experience with vendor evaluation, management, and budget proposals
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
