Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
· Evaluating the clients billing needs
· Creating and educating clients on best practice workflow
· Follow up with clearing house enrollment and assist the client in the capacity of a facilitator of the enrollment process
· Responsible to set up the client’s system and train them on using software based on their workflow using best practices of billing
o Daily tracking of operational elements of client:
Encounters (open/closed)
o Claims
o Payment posting (unposted amounts)
o Billing questions
o Clearinghouse reports
o Establish and maintain a good working client relationship
· Proactively analyze the client’s financial health by actively analyzing the client’s financial health monthly to identify reimbursement trends, patterns of denials and to develop an intimate understanding of the factors that are contributing to the clients’ financial performance
· Makes workflow recommendations to both client and internal team to improve back-office operation.
· Creation of Month End Reporting and submission to client
· Research, document, and train billing teams on specific insurance mandates
· Research and share billing information pertinent to states and insurances

Education/Experience:
· High-school diploma or GED
· 5 years’ experience in an RCM environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft office products including Word and Excel
· 3 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and electronic claims processing
· 3 years of experience with ICD and CPT coding, ability to read EOBs, post payments and refunds
· 3 years of experience in eligibility verification and HIPAA rules
· Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Maintain current knowledge and adhere to appropriate regulatory standards such as Government
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft office

Pay: $21.50 - $28.00 per hour
