The Revenue Cycle Quality Assurance is responsible for performing all QA evaluations for the Revenue Cycle across the board. They provide feedback of opportunities to leadership to ensure our team members are providing excellent service to our patients as well as being accurate based on P&P. This role requires the ability to digest large volumes of account to finite details in order to ensure accuracy. This position also requires listening skills and the ability to correct any identifiable errors. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to share knowledge because differing skill-sets come together to create a functioning group.

Baptist Medical Center Metro Square is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Revenue Cycle QA Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Education and Development Department at our Baptist Metro Square location here in the Jacksonville, FL area.

As a Revenue Cycle QA Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- To be fully engaged in providing Quality, Exceptional Patient Experience, and Stewardship by aligning performance measures with organizational mission and objectives.
- Supports the execution of strategic initiatives, process redesign, root cause analysis, metric/report development and special projects as it relates to denial prevention management and revenue cycle process improvement.
- Requires knowledge of State and Federal compliance and regulations for a Hospital setting, including medical necessity and managed care requirements, as well as policies and procedures related to PAS and BH.
- This position is responsible for conducting a quality review of PAS team member work output, reporting results, and identifies trends as required to support audit exceptions and resolve issues.
- The analyst is expected to be highly detail oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or as a team for coaching.
- ** Must obtain CHAA , AAHAM or FHFMA within 90 days of hire.
