POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Project Manager responsible for RCM projects. As a key member of the RCM Business Excellence team, the Project Manager will work with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution across Radiology Partners’ revenue cycle processes. The Project Manager will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment where they will have the opportunity to work alongside senior leaders to solve complex business needs.
The goal of RCM business Excellence team is to support process improvement initiatives across Revenue Cycle departments. The team’s objectives include identifying process improvement opportunities, developing and evaluating solutions, and supporting operators in implementation.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain detail project plans
• Manage project scope, timeline, resources, costs, and quality
• Lead and manage sponsor-level communications throughout the duration of project
• Design metrics and measure success of initiatives
• Continually evaluate methods of undertaking and completing projects for efficiency gains
• Analyze large sets of data to uncover key insights that can be leveraged strategically
• Keep track of and follow up on documents, requirements, and data essential to ensuring timely and successful project completion
• Act as central party responsible for keeping continuous lines of communication open between various stakeholders critical to launch of RCM initiatives
• Meet tight deadlines in a time sensitive and resource constrained project environment
• Promote teamwork and maintain high level of satisfaction within project team members
• Develop and recommend innovative solutions to complex revenue cycle problems

DESIRED TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a closely related field preferred
• At least 3 years of healthcare and hospital operations experience; of which 2+ years of revenue cycle experience required
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of RCM projects; 1-2 years direct experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically
