Job Summary

Oversee and analyze visitors, revenues, and sales data reported to Workday ERP.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Oversee all aspects of integration of the Galaxy (Point of Sale system) data integrated in the ERP

· Monitor the daily data inclusion in the ERP of the sales and revenues made outside the PoS

· Integration (sales/accesses) errors daily management, interacting with all the involved areas (local, regional and corporate) to guarantee a successful data processing on time

· Define standard and homogeneous process to continuously improve sales and revenues accounting

· Liaison between finance and other business areas to ensure revenues data attributes consistency in all systems

· Lias between finance and ITto define and monitor the implementation of finance requirements in the PoS and the related integrations

· Oversee all sales audit and cost of goods functions at both park and Support Center level

· Host Galaxy to Workday reconciliation session every week with each park

· Host inventory management session every week with each park

· Lead or participate in projects related to the function

Requirements

Education: College Degree and/or equivalent work experience

Languages: Fluent English

Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar responsibility position with knowledge of the accounting policies and procedures
  • Previous experience in the industry or similar industries such as retail
  • Understanding of PoS systems and complex integrated architectures between PoS and related systems
  • Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimism
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues and ability to define and execute corrective action plans
  • Project management, communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple stakeholders with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results
  • Technological savvy and willingness to learn about new technologies
  • Initiative and Adaptability – Take initiative and execute plans to accomplish strategic objectives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Computer Proficiency – MS Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience: Excel, SQL database, Office administration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
