We are seeking someone to facilitate the effective and efficient operation of our convenience store. Job duties include hiring, supervising, leading, and training your staff to accomplish daily tasks, maintaining company policies, and providing exceptional high quality customer service!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure employees are trained and motivated.
• Maintain regular inventory of all products.
• Analyze sales reports and profit margins to monitor profitability.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors.
• Order inventory to keep stock levels at appropriate levels.
• Manage labor force to meet work schedule requirements while maximizing profits.
• Review financial reports to ensure that company standards are met or exceeded..
