Eteria is a boutique of vintage rugs and artisanal home decor curated by Ursino Interiors. We are looking for a seasonal brand associate for our new store opening in Colts Neck, NJ on November 4th!

You:

• Have positive energy and can do attitude
• Love talking to and connecting with people
• Are self motivated + results driven as an individual and as a team
• Are open to receive + apply valuable feedback
• Enjoy speaking about interior design, home decor, and styling.
• Have enthusiasm for customer experience
• Must be willing to work Saturdays 11a-4pm

Responsibilities:

• Represent the Eteria brand as an ambassador and product knowledge expert
• Communicate brand story to customers while also helping to meet their needs
• Share feedback, insights, and thoughtful ideas with the team to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Drive sales goals, while cultivating strong customer connections
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness of space to support positive shopping experiences
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
