About the Role

You will drive customer satisfaction that results in long-term retention and ongoing revenue generation. You will ensure customers are getting the most significant benefits from their LexisNexis products, content, and tools. Furthermore, you will work to understand, meet and exceed customer needs ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Creating a territory account plan to support assigned corporate legal customers
• Providing consultative services to customers to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content and tools
• Collaborating with sales reps on preference driving strategy and account plans
• Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists
• Conducting virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to help promote LexisNexis product in the marketplace
• Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members
• Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems to continuously improve
• Building exceptional relationships internally and externally

Requirements

• Have excellent proven sales or training experience
• Have a Bachelor’s degree
• Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
• Have Juris Doctorate or degree in legal studies
• Be able to interact with C-level executives.
• Display solid verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to travel to client sites (nominally, estimated at less than 10%)
