If we've got your attention, then here's some more details on the type of work involved in this role:

• Talking with diverse groups of customers.
• Explaining product features & comparing to similar products.
• Assisting in merchandising to maximize sales—pricing, rearranging, cleaning, etc.
• Ringing up customers.
• Helping customers with rare customer service issues.
• Working with Production teams to keep store well stocked with sellable products.

There's a lot more involved than that, of course, but ultimately the objective for our store is to reach/surpass our sales goals by selling seriously cool product at unbeatable prices. All work that helps achieve that goal is on the table, and all efforts that help us achieve those goals will be appreciated and well-rewarded.

As the manager of our sales team, you'd be leading the team on doing the above, with some additional responsibilities:

• Keeping the team on task and reaching their sales goals.
• Setting sales goals for your team.
• Training on sales methods & operational tasks.
• Owning merchandising/pricing tasks.
• Participating in regular operational & sales meetings.

Qualifications

Below, in order of importance, are factors that contribute to pay and chance of being hired:

• Leadership skills.
• Sales ability.
• Highly preferred - Bilingual: Spanish & English.
• Ability to run a team independently.
• Enthusiasm for tech/electronics in general.
• General computer/tech savviness.
• Willingness to help even outside the sales team, like assisting production in stocking the store.
• Apple Mac/iPhone Repair Certification and/or equivalent computer/electronic repair certification.
