Liquor Store Associate
Weiss Liquors in East Nashville is adding retail associates to our team! We are a fun, fast-paced store in a great community, focused on providing great value and an excellent buying experience.

This position pays up to $14.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience. 40+ hours per week. The hours are primarily evening shift (3:00pm-11:00pm), including weekends (10:00am-7:00pm on Sunday).

We are looking for someone with:

- A positive, upbeat attitude
- Great customer service skills
- The willingness and ability to take initiative to learn, ask questions, and tackle any task that needs to be done

This position will include:

- Assisting customers with product selections, including suggestions and recommendations
- Processing sales, taking purchases to customer vehicles
- Stocking, organizing, and cleaning
- Maintaining awareness of store flow

Requirements:

- Friendly, team-oriented, customer-focused
- Responsible and dependable
- Reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
- Consistent flexible availability, including holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move around for the duration of shift
- Ability to multitask and take direction with a great attitude

Must be at least 21 years old. Alcohol consumption or drug use on the job is grounds for immediate termination.
