Tired of a draw vs commission & potential chargebacks? We are hourly plus commission.

Will I still make the money? Of course. Starting hourly average is $16-$20/hour but you determine how much more you want to make. Yearly salary estimates $42,500 to $60,000.

What’s the loophole? There isn’t one! We pay commission on WRITTEN SALE & you earn a paycheck EVERY WEEK.

What qualifications are valued?

· A genuine personality & the desire to provide customers with a great buying experience that exceeds the customer's expectations

· Must be willing to work a full-time retail schedule including evenings, weekends, & minor holidays

·The ability to work independently in a fast paced environment while being part of a bigger team & contributing to the comradery & overall positive spirit

· Able to lift, lower, push & pull furniture up to 75 lbs. (This position is very physical & involves regular movement, loading, & unloading of furniture)

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office &/or point of sales programs; the ability to learn in apply skills

·Previous experience preferred, not required: restaurant servers/bartenders, customer service associates, retail sales, teachers, correction officers, nurses or home health (we hire from many different backgrounds)

· High School diploma or equivalency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
