Retail Sales Associate - Vape Shop
Seeking motivated, customer focused, retail sales associate for a fast-paced retail environment specializing in vape products, e-cigarettes, CBD products, and medicinal/head shop type accessories.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and direct customers
· Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
· Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
· Ensure display shelves and cases are fully stocked and organized
· Manage returns/exchanges of merchandise
· Knowledge of vape products, e-cigarettes, CBD products, and medicinal/head shop type accessories is encouraged
· Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
· Stay up to date with new products/services
Skills:
· Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
· Basic math skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Requirements:
· Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
· Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work various shifts at multiple locations
· Must be willing to ID customers and enforce state law/regulations when necessary
· High school degree preferred
· Must be 21+
· Previous cash-handling experience preferred
· Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
