Job Description
Receiving and Inventory Specialist’s are responsible for the execution of shipment processing, customer fulfillments, and inventory management. This position assists the store management team in sales objectives, customer service, daily operational processes and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals. This position supports that the business runs efficiently, provides clear direction to team members, and communicates all necessary business, team member, and customer updates to store management team as needed. This position is a development path to the Store Manager position.

- Customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support
- End-to-end customer order process; lead and execute the on-line picking, packing and shipping the items in a timely, accurate and safe manner
- Financials
- Inventory control; shipping supplies, backstock replenishment
- Outbound and inbound transfers
- Maintains accuracy and productivity metrics
- Inspects shipment for damages or defects and records discrepancies
- Standards
- Store presentation; meets Rally House visual standards
- Receives inbound shipments and accurately processes through receiving to floor placement within guidelines
- Store cleanliness
- Safety and security
Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft and Excel
- Manages multiple priorities
- Detail oriented
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Intermediate mathematical computation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Minimum 2 years retail experience- Minimum 3 years receiving and shipping experience
- Supervisory experience
- Minimum High School diploma/GED
- May be asked to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs.
