Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Unit Retail General Manager for our retail locations at The Denver International Airport.

Mission is a boutique hospitality company that operates restaurants primarily in high traffic airports, including Denver International Airport and San Diego International Airport. Mission operates a wide range of concepts, including fast food, fast-casual, full-service restaurants and bars, and retail. In the next 3-5 years, we are opening 20 new concepts. What We Are Looking For:

• Candidates who: possess at least 4 years of retail management experience;
• Delivers superior customer service and maximizes customer satisfaction;

• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;

• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.

JOB SKILLS

• Strong grasp of cost, financials, and inventory control;
• Establish open lines of communication between all managers;
• Responsible for daily fiscal management;
• Manage several retail stores in a fast paced environment;
• Participate in coaching, counseling, training, and development;
• Frequently communicate with Human Resources and Payroll teams to enforce company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
