Boot Factory Outlet is looking for top-notch sales associates. You must have the ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to wear western boots while working and have excellent social and communication skills. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour along with a full benefit package.
Our Sales Associates are the glue to our business and have a passion for customer service and enjoy providing the best possible experience for our guests. If you like interacting with people face to face, enjoy a fast paced environment, have the ability to work well in a team environment, then we need to meet you! Hourly rate of $15.00 hour, plus you have the ability to increase your hourly rate by $2-$3 per hour with bonus incentives.

No experience necessary – work history in restaurant, retail, or customer service a plus.
