You must be excited about toys and children’s products and consider yourself a kid at heart. Our client is seeking Retail Associates with a passion for great customer service and who love to help others learn about the latest toys and products for kids of all ages. You must be active on social media, understand entirely the concept of “quality content”, live and breathe it every day.

What will you do?

• Assist guests through the discovery, experience, and purchase processes
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all products within the store, staying up to date with new products and services
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) to customers
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Assist, if needed, with merchandising and inventory management.
• Manage the cash wrap and POS experience
• Operate the gift wrapping station
• Ensure racks are fully stocked

You must have:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
• Schedule flexibility to various work shifts
