Are you wanting to show your management skills? We have a great opportunity to join a fun, growing independent restaurant group as a front of house supervisor. This position is the Manager on Duty for part of the schedule and a server or bartender for the other part of their shift.
Under the general supervision of the GM and with respect to the Mike Mariola Restaurants goals, vision, mission, purpose and core values, the Supervisor, FOH is accountable for the overall smooth and profitable operation of the restaurant. They will focus on quality control, fast and accurate ticket times, positive management, guest relations and solid teamwork.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Provides Leadership, Management and Accountability for the designated store.
2. Assists with focusing team efforts to ensure our mission as a memorable experience that guests will rave about. exceptional guest experiences and the constant building of guest loyalty.
3. Accountable for facility safety & security, maintenance and cleanliness
4. Open, Close, Clean (OCC) of Front of House (FOH)
5. Maintaining a positive work culture that will facilitate the overall success of the restaurant. Demonstrates the core values by “living” them.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. 2+ years of experience in a front of the house role required
B. 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
C. Associate’s degree preferred
D. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work
