Sea Salt Seafood is a vibrant, fun, modern Seafood restaurant in Atlanta. We are more than just good food; we strive to make every guest experience unique and make everyone feel at home.

We are currently looking to staff a Restaurant Manager. In this role, you would assist with all FOH management operational and administrative needs. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has a love for creating amazing customer experiences, and is excited about being a part of company with lots of opportunities and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a routine daily review of the restaurant's operations, customer service standards, and quality control procedures.
• Oversee restaurant employees and ensure that they are completing their duties properly and on time.
• Create marketing and promotions for the restaurant.
• Communicate with staff about upcoming changes.
• Supervise culinary staff; govern the quality of the cuisine.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Five years’ experience as a previous manager/supervisor experience.
• Adheres to core values; passion; partnership, and integrity.
• Must be able to adhere to all sanitization and safety standards.
• Approachable, friendly, and ability to positively direct employees.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer usage such as email, ordering and POS systems.
• Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
