Restaurant General Manager Needed

JobSource Downey is currently looking for a General Manager for a Restaurant located in Downey CA.

All Employees MUST have 1 YEAR experience.

Job Details:

Restaurant General Manager is the leader of the team who establishes the tone of work environment, and the level of customer hospitality. You're also responsible for scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.

· Key responsibilities include finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads, conducting new hire orientation, and developing the training plan for each new hire.

Monday – Friday / Must be able to work Flexible hours
