• Always use clean and sanitized food storage containers.
• Assumes responsibility for freshness and quality of items prepared.
• Prepare station menu items according to specified product information in a timely manner with attention to detail and quality.
• Always clean as you go during your shift. Perform special cleaning duties as specified by the Manager.
• Responsible for grilling burgers, mushrooms, bacon, and onions.
• Works as a team player with other employees and stations while demonstrating personal commitment.
• Follows good safety and sanitation practices, demonstrates changing gloves often.
• Follows all personal and food safety procedures.
• Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with the GUESTS.
