Progress Inc. has been providing day, residential and employment supports for seniors and adults with intellectual disabilities since 1971. Progress employs approximately 225 caregivers that provide various support services to this population throughout Davidson and surrounding counties.

We are currently hiring Residential Care Assistants, Home Care Aides, CNAs and House Managers in Nashville and throughout Davidson Cty. to provide various supports to seniors in their home and community to help them continue to live as independent life as possible.

- Part-time, Full-time, PRN - All positions are available. Starting pay is dependent upon verifiable relevant experience and which position being hired for.

- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. (House Managers will have a set schedule). Many work locations have a range as to when you can provide services allowing you to have input on your schedule, such as working around school or other job commitments. *Must be available every other weekend.

Primary Duties Include: (House Managers have general oversight of the duties below)

- light cleaning

- laundry

- medication reminders / appointments

- meal preparation

- errands / shopping

- having conversation

Requirements

- must be 20 years of age

- must have high school diploma or equivalent

- must have valid DL, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation

- must not be listed on any registries reporting any form of fraud or abuse

- must be able to pass a criminal background check

- must be able to complete required pre-service training prior to working

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.75 - $15.75 per hour
