Opportunity for and experienced DSP to join our team as a Residential Manager in our residential program located in Kerhonkson. In this position you will be responsible for oversight and management of a residential program providing services to adults with disabilities and the staff who work in the residence.
We are looking for experienced Residence Managers or Assistant Managers who are looking for a position with more responsibility who have the capacity to motivate, model and advocate for persons with disabilities and our staff. Daily responsibilities include:
- ensuring that people with disabilities are provided with the highest quality care
- developing and leading recreational programming
- maintaining compliance with OPWDD regulations
- assisting with the management of individuals' and agency budgets
- coordinating staff assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a residential setting for persons with developmental disabilities
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 per year
