Position Description
Lead multidisciplinary treatment team in developing and supporting a safe and therapeutic treatment milieu for each patient and support documentation services performed in the client record. Oversees and supervises development, implementation, and evaluation of the RTC program. Oversees and supervises development and evaluation of RTC program staff. Oversees the implementation of the Behavior Management Plan for the RTC program. Oversee and evaluate the RTC programs adherence and compliance with all regulatory procedures and rules. Including but not limited to Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, Illinois State Board of Education and Illinois Department of Human Services procedures.

Qualifications:
Job requirements section:

Education: Master’s degree in the human services field (counseling, psychology, social work) preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: Previous supervisory experience required. Previous experience in psychiatric or residential treatment facility preferred.
Other knowledge/skills: Ability to work successfully as a member of an interdisciplinary health care team and the ability to function independently when needed
