Dream House Dream Kitchens is Madison's and Delafield's finest interior design and remodeling firm with over 35 years of experience. We are seeking a full time carpenter/foreman to join their professional home remodeling team in Madison.
Dream focuses on high quality home remodel projects consisting of additions, kitchens, bathrooms and other interior spaces of residential homes from design, selection and through the full construction process on site. Candidates will also enjoy the structure and organization of projects that are completely scheduled from the onset with materials and selections in order, making for a very streamlined process on site.
Ideal candidates will have experience in home remodeling consisting of the following aspects of a project. Demo, framing, knowledge of rough mechanicals so subs can be provided direction on site, installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trims and other finish aspects of a remodel.

Carpenter/Foreman Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all aspects of remodeling and mechanicals
- Able to read, understand and execute design plans.
- Supervise and manage a crew
- Scheduling
- Hands on work
- Organized
- Clean job sites
Requirements for Foreman:
- Valid license
- Lift 50 to 100lbs
- 5 years plus experience
- Leadership skills, Team Player and ability to work alone
- Trade Skills
- Some Travel
- Tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
